We’re deep in the process of breathing new life into a Leeds apartment originally built in 1995 — and we’re not just giving it a surface-level refresh. We’re transforming this property from dated and compartmentalised into a contemporary, open-plan home that meets today’s building regulations and modern lifestyle standards.
Opening Up the Space
One of the most impactful changes we’ve made so far is opening up the living area. Gone are the confined, boxed-in rooms typical of the 90s layout. In their place is a bright, spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that brings a sense of flow and cohesion. It’s not just visually appealing — it’s far more practical for modern living and entertaining.

To give the living space a true focal point, we’ve integrated a custom-built media wall.
